What does being Spam Compliant mean?

At Zoom when we use the term Spam Compliant/One-Click Unsubscribe to mean that we allow for permission based emails to be used within the scope of our service. 
All sent communication must have Zoom Spam Compliance at the bottom of each message to allow for swift, one click unsubscribe from one or several lists at a time. We've also adopted double opt-in for all our clients ensuring that the subscribers that registered have confirmed and legitimized their request.

How many total email messages CAN BE SENT AT ONCE? 

On average, our accounts are set up to send five runs per month for each contact list, set at about one per six days. We have taken your maximum subscriber amount and multiplied that by 5 runs giving you a total number of emails set per month. As you send your campaigns the number listed will be reduced. This functionality allows you to keep track of your usage for the month and building your subscriber base. Through testing we discovered sending more than two emails per week to the same subscribers will cause contacts to lose interest in your offering, feel overwhelmed, and eventually unsubscribe. You want to communicate often and have a true message to share. If you would like for us to review your sequencing, we can help with that.  

Q. What if I don't have an email list?
A. Here's where it gets fun! Your new account comes with Zoom Forms provided. You can select the fields you would like potential subscribers to input (Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, etc.). Once you have determined if you would like to send a response to the new subscriber or not, your HTML code will be provided. You will also have a link to the form as an alternative. You can add the form to your website(s) and/or share your sign-up link wherever you choose. This allows for you to continually grow your mailing list without maintaining it. You can use that same link on anything, i.e. email signature, brochures, direct mail, etc. 

Q. Is there a cost to customize templates?
A. Every account that allows over 1000 subscribers can utilize one complimentary custom templates offerings when needed. After we've been given the required notice, we can build a template based off your current website's, stationary or logo design. If you require additional templates, our designers charge $125 for each template. Many of our customers have custom templates created for holiday sales and services, invitations, and their monthly news. When you have special information to share call our Design Team so we can make your next newsletter stand out.   

Q. What are Co-Op Sponsored Emails?

A. Co-Sponsored weekly newsletters are our brand newsletters that are promoted weekly. Our newsletter assists advertisers with placement of one 350x250 pixel display ad nestled in the body of a new message. Zoom's advertisers are also mass promoted in other ad rotation locations for the Events, Locla Profiles, and Career Placemetn Industries.

Q. Will social and email compliment each other?

A. We can't tell you what is best for your business however; A survey done by getresponse showed marketers are increasingly connecting social media and email with their campaigns. The study analyzed 500 million emails, from more than 19,000 marketers. While there were many interesting findings, one particular statistic showed the current state of the relationship between social media and email: "Emails that included at least three social sharing icons generated over 55% CTR than messages without any sharing options".

A. Your list is safe behind our heavily secured firewalls. Individual email addresses and URL links to newsletters are stored online for the life of your account. You can export your complete list or partial lists at any time and use the converting tool to download your contacts in an Excel .csv. If you happen to terminate your account your newsletters and subscriber list will stay archived for an additional six months after termination. 

What tracking capabilities does Zoom have?

A. Google Analytics and four level statistical reporting is provided. You will have available 24/7 details of who's opening, clicking, sharing and their final course of action was on your website. This reporting keeps you informed during every step of your lists usage. See the complete activity of a lead with event logging. Every time a lead opens your email, clicks a link or performs any other activity, it's logged against their history making it easy for you sales team to qualify their desire to purchase.

Q. Do I need to know HTML to create an email branding campaign?

A. Absolutely Not! Today's technology has allowed us to provide you with great (WYSIWYG) What-you-See-Is-What-You-Get editing right inside of the application. If you ever have trouble using the application send us a support request and we will set up a video tutorial with you on using the service more effectively. We are also able to make use of practically any document and convert it into html for your newsletters. Some people have used Word, Power Point, or simply emailed us their text information and our staff did the rest. Let us know when and if you require custom services.

Q. Are Surveys included the 1k plan?

A. Each plan has the ability to send and track feedback with Zoom Surveys. The application is very easy to use and now includes a drag & drop editor for easy customizing. Each survey can be linked to and from your email campaigns or auto responders quickly. Send Customer Satisfaction, Marketing Research, Employee Satisfaction or any other survey to your list and watch it grow.

Q. What happens if I have over 100,000 subscribers?

Q. How does bounce reporting work?

A. Instead of a typical read receipt, we have a bounce command that allows you to see which addresses bounced back to the list and for what reasons. Email bouncing can disrupt the integrity of a business if steps are not taken to correct failed email messages. Both soft and hard bounced emails are saved, re-attempted and then removed from your list automatically with Zoom. We want to maintain your Spam Compliance and not allow for black-listing to occur.

A. Co-Op Dedicated Email are our sponsorships allowing customers to partner with our developed in-house marketing campaigns reach. Advertisers are able to gain access to 250K+ subscribers in the market for Current News, Events and Career Development with their full marketing message. Advertisers can target their audience by gender, zip code, income level and educational backgrounds without maintaining or building their own corporate list.
